Why become a volunteer?
Tâches bénévoles possibles
Children's School: Welcoming classes, accompanying them in their activities and helping them with certain activities.
Bar/restaurant: Taking orders and serving the bar and restaurant area, ensuring the logistics of the event (bins, restocking the bar/restaurant), monitoring stocks and preparation of dishes).
Welcoming visitors: Welcoming attendees, counting entries, providing information and ensuring that everyone has a fantastic experience.
Event setup and logistics: Helping with the preparation and organisation of the event venue (decorating the room, installing and removing equipment).
Photography: Photobooth (encouraging visitors to use the selfiebox and accessories), capturing memorable moments and helping to document the event.
Speaker: Announcement of the program to the public, Interacting with students and visitors,
Clean-up crew: Contribute to the post-event cleanup to leave the venue in excellent condition.
Support for the country stands: Assisting international students in setting up their stands.
Support in entertainment: Assisting with certain activities, accompanying the parade (walking around and guiding visitors, handing out flyers and programmes), and most important of all creating a good atmosphere :)
